Career Summary |
Tom, with over 30 years experience as a broker in S.W. Florida, recently joined with VIP Commercial in the Naples office. Formerly, as Vice President of Commercial Development of Bonita Bay Properties, Tom sold all the properties, excluding custom home lots, within the 2,400 acre master planned community of Bonita Bay. He also negotiated the purchase of the 2,000 acre national award winning community, The Brooks. As a broker, Tom sold the Sandoval project to Bonita Bay. Tom was also formerly the Vice President of The Mariner Group. |
