Diana Willis - Commercial Advisor

Diana Willis is Vice President and co-owner of Jason's Deli of SWFL for more than 23 years.  Currently operating four locations from Cape Coral to Naples Florida, supporting more than 160 employees along with her husband Scott.  She loves living in Southwest Florida area and wants the best for the community.  

As a lifelong learner and true entrepreneur, she got her Florida real estate license in 2021 to learn more about commercial real estate in our SWFL community.  Diana has more than 34 years' experience in human resources, management, real estate leasing / contracts, property management, along with sales and marketing.  She is proficient in understanding many aspects of business ownership from concept to completion.  Multifaceted is a work that has described her varied abilities. 

Diana values trust in her team and the people she serves.  She strives for the best outcomes for each client.  Giving a personal level of service to each one based on their needs. 

From the beginning, Diana has been involved in many community projects, serving on boards, committees and lending a hand to so many civic and grass root organizations.  She is an advocate for children and loves voluntering her time, talent and resources when needed.  

Diana and Scott have been married for 37 years and have two sons, two daughters-in-law and one grandson.  They love to travel when not enjoying all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
